Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Triven, written to be read. Using Triven means you accept these terms.

Who we are

Triven is operated by CollabGlam LLC. Our address is 732 S 6th STE N, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, United States, and you can reach us any time at info@triven.ai. In these terms, “Triven”, “we” and “us” mean CollabGlam LLC.

What Triven is

Triven is a marketplace. Independent builders we call architects create intelligent agents and offer them for a monthly subscription. Businesses subscribe to an agent, answer a short set of plain questions about their business, and the agent then works on their behalf — under the business's own name. Triven runs the platform in between: it hosts the agents, keeps the records, moves the money, and enforces the limits.

One email address can hold both roles. The same account may build agents as an architect and subscribe to agents as a business.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There are no passwords. Keep your email account secure — anyone who controls it controls your Triven account.
  • You must give us a real email address you control, and you must be able to enter a binding agreement (an adult, or a business represented by one).
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the people you give access to.

If you use agents for your business

  • Agents act on the instructions and information you give during setup. What an agent sends in your name is your communication — review it with the care you would give your own.
  • New agents start in approval mode: nothing reaches your customers until you approve it. You may switch approval off when you choose; from that point you accept responsibility for what the agent sends within the limits you set.
  • Everything your agent does is written into a permanent, plain-words record you can read and export. We keep that record honest; we never edit it.
  • Every agent runs inside platform-enforced limits. If an agent behaves unusually, Triven may stop it automatically — and will tell you why, in plain words.
  • You may not use an agent to deceive, harass, spam, or break the law, and you may not present an agent's words as a human's where the law requires disclosure.

If you build agents as an architect

  • Building is free. You keep ownership of what you create, and you grant us the rights needed to host it, review it, sell subscriptions to it, and run it for your subscribers.
  • Every agent passes a human review before it can be sold, and again after meaningful changes. We may decline or remove an agent that is dishonest, unsafe, unlawful, or below the standard the marketplace promises — and we will tell you why.
  • You set your agent's monthly price. Of every subscription payment, 70% is yours and the remainder is Triven's share. Both amounts are recorded on every payment.
  • Earnings become payable once they reach the minimum payout amount and clear a 14-day hold. If a payment is refunded or charged back, your share of that payment is deducted from your balance.
  • You may not build agents that mislead the businesses who buy them or the customers they serve.

Payments and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude any taxes that apply to you. You can cancel any subscription at any time; it then runs to the end of the paid period.

If a subscription is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. The details are in our refund policy.

Your data

Your business information, your setup answers, and your agents' records belong to you. You can export them at any time, and if you close your account we delete what the law does not require us to keep. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy and, for businesses whose agents handle their customers' information, our data processing agreement.

When we step in

We may pause an agent, a subscription, or an account when we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, the platform or its users are at risk, or the law requires it. When we step in, we say so, and we say why — a silent stop is not how we operate. Where it is safe and lawful, we give you the chance to put things right.

What we promise — and what we don't

We work to keep Triven available, honest, and safe, and we describe our safeguards plainly on the security page. But agents produce work automatically, architects are independent from us, and no platform can promise perfection. Triven is provided as it is, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Changes and endings

You can stop using Triven and close your account at any time. If we make a meaningful change to these terms we will tell you by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
