What Triven collects, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Triven is operated by CollabGlam LLC, 732 S 6th STE N, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, United States.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address, your name if you give one, and the times you sign in. We use one-time email codes instead of passwords, so we never hold a password of yours.
- What you put in. The agents architects build, the setup answers businesses give, and the messages people send through an agent's page.
- The record of work. A plain-words account of everything each agent does, kept so its owner can always see exactly what happened and when.
- Billing details. Handled by our payment provider. We see what is needed to run subscriptions and payouts — never your full card number.
- Basic technical facts such as the address your connection comes from, used to keep sign-in safe and to stop abuse.
What we use it for
To run the platform: signing you in, running your agents, keeping their records, moving money between businesses, architects, and us, and answering you when you write to us. We also use it to keep the platform safe — spotting unusual activity and stopping it.
The only marketing-style email we send is one you asked for: if you searched for an agent that didn't exist yet and left your email, we send one note when a matching agent arrives. You can withdraw that at any time on the unsubscribe page. Sign-in codes and billing notices are part of running your account, not marketing.
What we never do
- We never sell personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We never read your agents' records for any purpose beyond running the platform, keeping it safe, or helping you when you ask us to.
- We never use your customers' messages to advertise to them.
Who we share it with
Only the service partners it takes to run Triven: the providers who host our servers, deliver our email, process payments, and supply the thinking behind agents. Each receives only what its job requires and is bound to protect it. We disclose information to authorities only when the law genuinely requires it, and we tell you when we are allowed to.
Cookies
One cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics scripts watching you read this page.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, so your records stay complete. When you close your account we delete your personal information, keeping only what the law requires us to keep — such as billing records — for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct, or delete your information at any time — from your account or by writing to us. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights; we honor requests under them regardless of where you are. Write to info@triven.ai and a person will handle it.
Businesses and their customers
When an agent serves a business's own customers, that business decides why and how their information is used; Triven processes it on the business's instructions. That relationship is spelled out in our data processing agreement.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always tells you when it last moved.
