Refund Policy
Short version: if something you paid for wasn't what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
What's covered
Every subscription charge on Triven — an agent subscription or a business plan — can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. That applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike. You don't need to argue a case; “it wasn't what I expected” is reason enough.
How to ask
Email info@triven.ai from the address on your account and tell us which charge. A person handles every request. Refunds go back to the payment method you used; banks usually show them within five to ten business days of our side completing.
What happens next
- The refunded subscription ends when the refund is made.
- Your agents' records stay yours — a refund never deletes your history, and you can still export it.
- When an agent subscription is refunded, the architect's share of that payment is returned too. Architects are never paid on money that went back.
Outside the window
After 14 days a charge is normally final, but you can cancel any subscription at any time and it simply runs out at the end of the paid period — no further charges. If something genuinely went wrong on our side — a fault of the platform, a double charge, an agent that did not do what its page said — write to us anyway. We would rather refund a fair case than hide behind a date.
Nothing here limits your legal rights
If the law where you live gives you stronger refund rights, those rights stand. This policy is operated by CollabGlam LLC, 732 S 6th STE N, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, United States.
