Data Processing Agreement

For your customers' personal information, you are the controller: you decide what your agent asks, what it answers, and why. CollabGlam LLC is your processor: we handle that information only to run your agents and only as this agreement and the platform's documented features instruct. For your own account details, we act as controller under our privacy policy.

The information your customers submit through your agent's page, the answers your agent gives them, your setup answers, and the plain-words record of your agent's work. We process it to run your agents, keep their records, hold drafts for your approval, pass escalated conversations to you, and keep the platform safe. Nothing else.

• We process your customers' information only on your instructions, never for our own purposes, and never for advertising.
• Everyone at our end with access to it is bound by confidentiality.
• We protect it with the safeguards described on our security page — including encryption in transit and at rest, sealed credentials, enforced limits, and an automatic stop on unusual activity.
• We help you answer your customers when they exercise their rights — access, correction, deletion, export — with the tools in your account or by hand when the tools don't cover it.
• If we ever suffer a breach affecting your customers' information, we tell you without undue delay, in plain words: what happened, what it touches, and what we are doing.
• When your subscription ends, you can export everything; after that we delete it, keeping only what the law requires.

We use a small set of service providers to run the platform: server hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing, and the thinking behind agents. Each is bound by written terms at least as protective as this agreement, and we remain responsible to you for their work. If we plan to add or change one, we tell you first, and you may object on reasonable grounds. A current list is available any time from info@triven.ai.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information crosses borders from places whose law restricts that, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

You may ask us, once a year or after an incident, for the information reasonably needed to confirm we are keeping these commitments. We answer in writing, honestly.
